If you are someone who works from home and find yourself going slightly stir crazy from the lack of social interaction during the day, this offer of co-working space from Boojum and Snark in Sandown could be of interest.
The innovative team at the Sandown High Street venue that features a brew pub, taproom, gallery and retail space, are opening their doors on Wednesday for co-working space.
‘We work Wednesdays at Boojum’
Initially with a plan to trial the free offer in July, the team are hoping that ‘We work Wednesdays at Boojum’ will help provide those working from home with a cool space to change things up mid-week.
Tracy Mikich from Boojum&Snark explains,
“When we started out, we wanted Boojum&Snark to have a function as a co-working space where you take time out from working at home and come to another environment to change things up a little.
“We have pretty good WiFi (which is being upgraded) and would supply tea and coffee and an inspiring space to work from.
The plan
The B&S team are considering doing this as a pilot in July, with the space open on Wednesdays between 10am-5pm for co-working.
This would be free of charge. Let them know your thoughts by commenting here or on their social media accounts.
