Were You The Good Samaritan In Ryde?Between 2pm and 3pm on Saturday (18th September) my grandmother, Mormor, was found on the pavement somewhere up towards the Co-Op by Ryde Cemetery.

She’d hit her head and knee and judging by her clothes must have been bleeding quite noticeably.

Mormor is a 92 year old Danish lady who had wandered out from the Adelaide Club. She was wearing grey trousers and a purple zip up fleece.

Someone was kind enough to stop and assist her, by calling an ambulance and then coming to my grandmother’s home to inform the family what had happened.

In the worry that then occurred, we did not get the names of the people who have been so good as to take time out of their Saturday to help an old lady and her family.

If anyone knows who they are, myself and my family would very much like to thank them for the kindness they have shown.

Please get in touch with VB or leave a message below if you can help.
