Windsurf ship - by ujkakevin

What was that ship?

Did you see that ship sailing past the Isle of Wight last night?

It’s easy to get used to the standard cruise ship, no matter how large they might be, but this one might have caught your eye as it was so unusual. A massive cruise ship, but with five huge sail masts.

Spotted from Ryde
It left Portsmouth harbour just after 5:30 and could still be seen from Ryde at around 6pm last night. It then continued its journey around the East of the Island, with the last reports of it being seen at Ventnor on its way to Dartmouth, Devon.

It’s called the Windsurf and here’s some stas on it from their Website
