In a meeting this morning the Isle of Wight council licensing committee considered the application by Wow Fest in relation to the Isle of Wight Act.
They’ve been given an extensive list of 109 conditions that they need to satisfy.
A minimum payment of £130,000 will need to be paid in advance, with the first payment due by 31st May.
