2024 IW Randonnee registration now open: Join the cycling tradition

Sunday 5th May 2024 sees the return of the Isle of Wight Wayfarers Cycling Randonnee.

Established by the Wayfarer Cycle Touring Club in 1985, the IW Randonnee, attracts thousands of cyclists to take part in one of two routes: the Round the Island 100km ,or a more relaxed route of 60km.

Still time to register
This year entries have been capped at 3,000 and to date just over 2,500 cyclists have registered to take part.

A whopping £14,000 was donated last year to mainly Island causes.

Local PTAs, who provide refreshments at the checkpoints, also made substantial amounts, which were ploughed back into their respective schools.

Register in advance
The event is free to enter, but you must register in advance – there will be no ‘on the day’ registration.

Head over to the CycleIsland CIC website to find out more and register.
