Charles Chapman

Cllr Charles Chapman was a member of the Isle of Wight council.

He ran as an Island Independent in the 2013 election to represent Ryde South and was selected.

In September 2014 Cllr Chapman announced he was leaving the Island Independent’s group.

He lost his seat in the 2021 election but remains a Ryde town councillor.
