The Leader of the Isle of Wight council says the Conservative administration have 'exposed' the millions in extra government funding that came to the Island under the leadership of the Island Independents.

Chris Whitehouse has previously been the Deputy Leader of South Bucks District Council.
He’s Managing Director of The Whitehouse Consultancy Ltd, which he founded in 1998.
He became Executive member for Children’s Services in January 2017, under the leadership of Conservative, Dave Stewart.
