There’s a great lineup planned for the next Acoustic Originals at Quay Arts.
Taking place monthly on Monday nights, Acoustic Originals is a great showcase for emerging and established talent on the Island, hosted by Quay Director Mick Smith, a songwriter himself.
This month on the 17th, ten home-grown talented acts will be featured including two ensembles:
Strange Brew (bass, guitar, congas, vocals)
The Vietnamese Telephone Ministry (violin, mandolin, guitars and ukulele)
Two singer/song writers: Doug Alldred and Kelly Groves
And seasonal songs will be performed by previous Acoustic Original acts including:
Graham McCullough
Sandra O’Toole
Mick Watson
Tom Pearson
David Hughes

Uniquely for the Island, the audience increasingly includes fellow songwriters and performers as well as lovers of acoustic music so come and join them on the 17th for a token payment of £3 and enjoy a musical feast for the senses.
