Honey:

All welcome to the Isle of Wight Beekeepers Annual Honey Show

Tomorrow, Saturday 2nd November, the Island Beekeepers will be holding their Annual Honey Show (between 2.30pm and 5pm) at Arreton Community Centre.

Once again, the exhibition will stage the best of the produce from the Island Beekeepers, including local honey, bees wax and candle displays, home cooking using honey and bee related photographs.

Vote for your favourite honey
There’ll be Isle of Wight local honey tastings and a prize for the most popular honey voted for by the public. Local honey and candles will also be available for sale.

There will be beekeepers on hand to answer questions from anyone interested in keeping bees and information will be available on the beginner classes and taster sessions available at the IWBKA training apiary.

Entry is free and refreshments will be available.
