Appeal to early morning delivery drivers following Newport assault

Police in Newport are appealing for witnesses and information following an assault in Upper St. James Street on Saturday, December 1.

The incident occurred around 6.30am and involved a man and a woman fighting.

Police would be particularly interested in speaking to lorry drivers who may have been making deliveries in the area around that time.
