Sam leaves behind his partner Rochelle, their three children, Reuben, Marley and Ezra, as well as his mum, dad, stepdad, brother and loved ones.
Fundraiser
To honour Sam’s memory and support his family, a GoFundMe page has been set up to raise donations for the Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit at Southampton General Hospital.
The family has expressed their desire to have donations made towards this unit.

In addition, it has been suggested that the funds raised could be split between the Neuroscience department and Rochelle, to support her financially and provide the boys with fun days out during difficult times, or save for their future.
The passing of Sam has touched the hearts of many, and the fundraising campaign has already gained momentum with donations pouring in to support this worthy cause.
A gesture of kindness
This gesture of kindness will undoubtedly provide comfort to Sam’s loved ones during this difficult time, knowing that the community is rallying behind them to provide support and care.
