As you are packing your rucksacks and getting ready to head to the Island for the best festival of the year, make sure you don’t forget your radio.
Bestival Radio 87.7fm will start broadcasting from Thursday afternoon and runs until Monday morning, bringing you tons of brlliant musics, interviews, rambling and …. masses of prizes to win all weekend.
We’re talking prizes galore here including tickets for Bestival 2008, and fancy dress clobber from fancy dress stockists, and proud sponsors of Bestival FM, Jokers’ Masquerade.
Each day will have a different theme and you can win an outfit just by dropping in to the radio booth and telling them a Bestival story, singing a song, dancing a jig or just acting plain crazy!
Friday’s theme is Crazy Novelty Costumes, so expect Shark Attacks, Penguins and Beer Bottles amongst other ingenious outfits.
Saturday’s theme is Superheroes – no explanation needed there, and Sunday is a Star Wars theme, may the force be with you (that one should go down well with a fair few Islanders).
