If you were planning to get your early bird ticket this afternoon, bad luck because every single one of the 5000 tickets have been sold, with 3,000 of them going to Islanders.
The fact that so many Islanders chose to buy their tickets now, rather than wait for Islanders tickets which are normally released in March, proves testament to how impressed people have been by the festival.
Well done to Rob Da Bank and the entire Bestival team for the continuing success of the best festival of the year. As the Beastie Boys said on Sunday afternoon, “there’s a reason why they call it Bestival”.
