Thanks to everyone who got into the spirit of things and entered our Bestival tickets competition.
We certainly had some ‘interesting’ entries and it was quite difficult to come to a final decision.
In the end we chose to judge, not just on the look of the banner, but on the effort that had gone into creating it and what it represented.
After much umming and ahhing, we thought that to be fair, we’d split the pair of tickets and give one to Mike Osborne of Porchfield for his great tag line (above) and the other to David Yates of Ventnor, for creating a really sunny banner with lovely vintage style photos in the background (below).
Thanks to everyone who took part, especially those from the mainland, sorry you didn’t make it this time, but you might want to try your luck at our next competition coming up soon.
