Many people who camp at Bestival like to take alcohol supplies in with them to enjoy on the campsite after hours, or as an alternative to the £3.50+ per pint that is charged in the main arenas.
This year, Bestival have made some changes to what they’re letting you take in with you – and when.
The allowance this year is two cases of beer, one bottle of spirits and one bottle of wine (or equivalent) per person. Remember glass bottles are not allowed on site – so decant into plastic beforehand.
Once you have entered the site, you will not be able to re-enter with more alcohol, so you need to make sure you take your rations with you on the first trip down from the car park.
Please remember to drink responsibly and if you do over indulge, it’s always worth drinking plenty of water before heading to bed.
