Earlier this morning VB Twitter friend – @Goffik – reminded us that today is St Swithin’s Day.
Legend has it that whatever weather we experience on 15th July will be repeated for the next 40 days.
The wet and very windy weather that started the day is, of course, @goffik’s fault, as three hours earlier he wished for a change in warm weather.
Luckily the sun is now shining, the skies are blue and the washing is getting dried in double quick time on the line.
