On Wednesday afternoon (3.53pm on 3rd January 2024) Isle of Wight police were called to the Burnt House Lane area following reports of an unexpected death.
On arrival, police located the body of a man aged in his 20s. His next of kin have been informed.
At this time there is no evidence of third party involvement. Enquiries are ongoing and a file will be prepared for the Coroner.
Our thoughts are with the family and friends of the young man.
