After eight months of careful renovation, the East Dene Estate is ready to open its doors once again – and what better way to celebrate than with its first major event: The Christmas Extravaganza!
For two festive days, the Estate will be transformed into a winter wonderland. Wander through an inspiring collection of local market stalls featuring handcrafted ceramics, unique jewellery, original artwork and plenty of seasonal surprises.
Families can step into Santa’s Grotto, brimming with magical moments and delightful gifts for little ones.
Get creative
If you’re feeling creative, join one of our wreath-making workshops led by East Dene’s talented in-house makers.
Using fresh foliage gathered from the estate’s own grounds, you’ll craft a beautiful wreath to take home – all materials provided, plus a glass of warming mulled wine – for just £35 per person.
Evening event
And for those who want to keep the festivities going, don’t miss our special Tuesday evening event (6pm-8pm).
Expect a cosy blend of drinks, mingling, an atmospheric evening market and live entertainment to round off the celebration in style.

The Christmas Extravaganza! takes place from 11am – 4pm at the East Dene Estate on Tuesday 16th and Wednesday 17th December 2025.
The evening event takes place on Tuesday 16th December 6pm-8pm.
