Brighstone’s Mill House represents Isle of Wight picking up award for service excellence

VisitEngland has revealed the 100 winners of this year’s ROSE (Recognition of Service Excellence) Award, with The Mill House at Brighstone leading the way for the Isle of Wight.

The ROSE Awards recognise the accommodation providers across England who provide visitors with the warmest of welcomes.

They celebrate the establishments where the owners, management and employees, irrespective of their star rating, style or type of accommodation, provide outstanding experiences for their customers.

Gavoyannis: Winning this award for service excellence means the world to us
Owner of The Mill House, Josie Gavoyannis, is thrilled to have won the ROSE Award,

“We were one of 100 businesses nominated by VisitEngland quality scheme assessors and selected from their comments on online feedback and reviews from overseas and domestic visitors.  It was an honour to be awarded such a prestigious award and amazing to represent the Isle of Wight.

“Thank you to all our super guests who, without their support, feedback and return bookings, this award would not be possible!  The best part of working in the tourism industry for us is being part of our guests’ holiday memories and experiences and winning this award for service excellence means the world to us!”
