This Friday in Ventnor, there will a choice of ways to observe remembrance of service men, women and animals who have fallen during conflict.
On Friday 11th November a traditional Observance of Remembrance will be held at Ventnor’s cenotaph, Park Avenue at 11am.
Bugle calls
Two minutes silence and bugle calls will be followed by a respectful, non-political address by William Nixon, formally of the Royal Navy.
This short, inclusive service is for all faiths and none. Everyone is welcome.
