On Friday 21st September, the Island plays host to a new cabaret show, The Webbed Foot Revue.
The show, hosted at Coburgs in Ryde, will feature both Island and mainland acts performing burlesque, tribal fusion bellydance, fire hooping, boylesque, magic and contortion, not to mention sweet treats from new Island ‘cakesmith’ company, Petticoats & Frills Cakes.
Following up from a sell-out burlesque night held in a smaller venue in Ryde earlier in the year, organisers Noo Sondergaard and Rosie Hutton came up with the concept of encouraging Isle of Wight talent in the forms of Star Mystique (fire hoop and fans), Huxley Hunt (magician), William Bellend (boylesque) and Hutton herself (burlesque and bellydance) to showcase their acts in the hope of providing an enjoyable night for all.
Twelve acts for £10
On top of that, also bringing in burlesque acts such as Ms Moral Dilemma, Madaleine Soleil, tribal fusion bellydancer, Kitty Kohl and professional contortionist Rubber Ritchie across the Solent to make up a full line up of all varieties.
With 12 acts and a variety of cakes and cocktails, The Webbed Foot Revue promises to be a night full of surprises and entertainment.
