Wightlink managers will be at the Fishbourne terminal on Wednesday 28 May between 2.00pm and 6.00pm to listen to customers’ views about the company’s services in the latest in the series of Meet the Managers drop-in consultation events.

Although the main purpose of the afternoon will be to meet Islanders and holidaymakers who use the Fishbourne-Portsmouth car ferry, all customers are welcome to attend.

Chief Operating Officer John Burrows explains,

“We value these opportunities to talk to people who use our ferries.

“We have already taken on board several suggestions about improving our services from customers we met at previous events.”

There will be music from a string quartet formed of players from Isle of Wight Symphony Orchestra, which is one of 100 Island clubs and organisations supported by Wightlink.

There will also be a hog roast provided by the Isle of Wight Bacon Company, part of Brownriggs Meat and Poultry of Godshill; donations will be invited for Wightlink’s official charity Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance.
