Red Funnel are reporting that due to a problem with the aft main engine system on one of the Red Jets car ferries, the 16:00 departure from Southampton and the 17:30 departure from East Cowes have been cancelled (Monday 15th).
They are delaying the 15:00 Southampton to East Cowes service by 10 minutes in order to help passengers who may wish to travel earlier due to the 16:00 cancellation.
In addition, due to the cancellation, they say the 19:15 Southampton to East Cowes sailing will be delayed by approx 30 minutes.
In addition, the 20:45 from East Cowes will sail approx 15 minutes late.
