Taking place over the weekend of 10th-12th September, the Beer, Music and Poetry Festival returns to Waverley Park Holiday Centre, East Cowes next week.
All proceeds from beers sales at this annual event go to charity and in previous years around £2,000 per year has been raised for charities such as the Motor Neurone Disease Association, The British Heart Foundation, Isle of Wight Search and Rescue as well as Mountbatten.
This year the park have chosen East Cowes 1st Sea Scouts as their charity.
What to expect
There’ll be music all weekend, interspersed with poetry, a presentation from the Scouts.
A fancy dress competition, themed as “The Great Outdoors” takes place on Saturday. There’ll be food served daily at this family-friendly event, and camping is available.

Where and when
Taking place at the Waverley Holiday Centre over three days (10th – 12th September), the bar opens from 4pm, with entertainment from 7pm onwards on Friday and from 4.30pm onwards on Saturday and Sunday.
