Oh what a lovely evening that was … it was strange, as we’d gone down with the anticipation of experiencing what we did last time, but got something totally different. However, the different was also great.
This time there was live music to enjoy whilst we ate and drank. Breeze, who started off as a three-piece but alternated between that and a four-piece or five-piece as and when audience members joined in played enthusiatically and managed to get the audience totally involved (including Alpha, who became honoury member of the band for playing tambourine) .
The food was fantastic, everybody brought a dish along (so there was quite an eclectic choice) and the atmosphere was superb.
A much needed tonic. Looking forward to the next one. Keep your eye out and let us know if you hear when it is.
