Officers are growing increasingly concerned for missing 17 year-old Vietnamese man Huang Nguyen who left an address in Ryde on the Isle Of Wight where he has been staying yesterday afternoon (Wednesday).

Huang caught a catamaran at around 3:30pm (Wednesday, January 20) and was last seen in the Portsmouth Harbour area a short time later. Officers believe that Huang was carrying a quantity of Euros with him and that he may be heading towards the Birmingham area.

Officers are concerned that Huang has not been seen since as he has only recently come to the UK and his English is not strong. He may have caught a train at Portsmouth Harbour station at around 4pm.

Huang is described as:

  • Vietnamese.
  • He has short, dark, spiky hair.
  • He is around 5ft 8ins tall.
  • He was wearing bright blue Adidas trainers, a tiger print hooded top, blue jeans, and a dark blue padded ‘puffer’ style jacket.
