Just a quick note to remind everyone that if you wish to comment on Bunbury’s Conservation Area Consent application to demolish the Mill Bay pub, then you need to get it in to the council by 4pm today.
This is separate to the planning application to build a five storey building in place of the 150+ year old public house and conservatory/garden area.
Even if you have commented on the planning application, you will also need to comment on the CAC application.
It is important if you are going to comment online to do it before 4pm today, taking into account the notice below from the IOW Council website.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to urgent maintenance work on the Council’s computer systems, the online document facility of the Planning Application / Tree Preservation Orders section will be unavailable during the weekend of the 19th/20th May, starting from 4pm on Friday 18th May. It will still be possible to submit comments on current applications in the normal way during this time, however comment documents won’t be available to view online during the maintenance work.
