Residents from Yarmouth expecting to hear a final decision on whether part of the recreation ground will be given Village Green Status, left County Hall disappointed once again today.
The sub-committee were due to consider the case, but Conservative Group leader, Cllr Dave Stewart, called in sick, leaving only two councillors, Cllr Richard and Cllr Fuller, sitting on the committee resulting.
The last hearing, due to be held in September 2013, was adjourned to allow to the Trust to prepare their case.
No new date was given.
