Declutter and repair: Isle of Wight Repair Cafe helps revitalise your beloved belongings

Last updated:

As we approach the end of the year, buying new things is something that many of us look forward to.

Maybe this is the year that, along with those new things you manage to get some older things repaired and back to life.

From dolls to toasters, lamps to coffee machines, all the Repair Cafe repairers are volunteers and will do their best to repair or give advice on items brought for attention at the next instalment of the Repair Cafe.

They’ll be ready to help you on Saturday 9th December at Quay Arts in Newport starting at 10am.

Please note – December’s Repair Cafe is ending slightly earlier than normal (midday).

Book your slot
To get something repaired, you’ll need to book a 30-minute slot (note new booking system), a process which is quick and simple.

The more details you provide on the booking form, the better equipped the Repair Cafe team will be to assist you on the day, ensuring they have the necessary tools and supplies ready.

Spread the word
Meanwhile, if you wish to support the repair revolution, you can spread the word and learn more about Repair Cafe by joining their Facebook page for the latest details.
