Dimbola Museum and Galleries in Freshwater is preparing to welcome visitors to its popular Art and Craft Christmas Fair this coming weekend (22nd and 23rd November 2025).
The event will run from 10am to 4pm on both days, with free entry throughout the weekend.
Handmade gifts from Island makers
More than 25 stalls will fill the venue, offering handmade gifts created by local crafters.
Visitors will find jewellery, glass work, felting, paintings, pottery and a range of other items made on the Island.
Food, drink and a festive atmosphere
The tearoom will serve festive food during the event.
Staff recommend booking a table in advance because the space usually becomes very busy.
Raffle in support of JMC Trust
The fair will also feature a raffle raising funds for the JMC Trust.
Local businesses have donated prizes, and tickets cost £1 each.
A note on access
Gallery space will be in use for stallholders, so access to museum displays will be restricted during the weekend.
Dimbola’s team is encouraging visitors to join them for what they describe as a lively and creative start to the festive season.
