It’s that time of year when the clocks go back again and we see the end of daylight saving time.
At 2am on Sunday morning (30th October) the clocks will go back one hour to 1am Greenwich Mean Time.
Darker afternoons
The result of this change will be darker afternoons and with the sun currently setting at 17.47, expect it be a lot darker at the same time on Sunday afternoon.
Of course, if you’re out revelling on Saturday night, it means an extra hour of fun.
The clocks will spring forward to British Summer Time on 26th March 2017.
