Don’t miss the Art and Craft auction fundraiser for Ukrainian animals

Isle of Wight artist, Tanith Hicks, is the latest Islander to organise fundraising efforts in light of the war in Ukraine.

An online Art and Craft Auction aims to raise funds for UAnimals a Ukrainian animal rights/welfare organisation, who are doing incredible and very brave work helping to feed, rescue treat and care for animals since the war began.

The auction began on 27th March and runs until 3rd April (7pm).

Tanith said,

“I can’t believe how many gorgeous lots we’ve got listed. Including work by other Island artists/craftspeople.

Such an amazing variety of things: original paintings, lino prints, oracle sets, strange spirits (not alcoholic ones) art prints, jewellery, sculpture, pyrography, painted pebbles, felt work, textiles, books, mugs, mixed media creations, promises of a Medicine/prayer painting session, a zoom folklore tour, a book writing session and lots more!”

Please do go take a look and support this fundraiser if you can.
