There is plenty on offer at Quay Arts this Easter Activities to keep kids hopping happy all week long!
The Easter Activities workshops kicks off on Monday 6 Apr with Cardboard Sculptures @ Jubilee Stores (10am – 2:30pm).
Make something fantastical – could be a car, a castle or a magnificent flying machine with Christopher Jenkins. Tickets: £13(session). Suitable for ages: 8 years +.
On Tuesday 7 Apr in the Giant Lines @ Quay Arts you can let loose and draw in a big empty gallery space with Tim Johnson.
Midweek we have the Eye-Eye! @ Quay Arts with Sallie Kneebone! This is a workshop for looking and seeing – make your own digital portraits – so bring your own digital camera (with plenty of space on your memory card and new batteries). If you don’t have camera we do have a few spare. Tickets: £13 (session). Suitable for ages: 8 years +.
Finally on Thu 9 Apr 10am – 2:30pm join in the fun at Clay Day @ Jubilee Stores with Clair Robinson. Make your own egg cups in this clay workshop. Work will be fired and ready to collect two weeks after workshop. Glazing costs an additional £1 per piece.
