Saturday from 3pm, two Newport residents, who have recently been through the process, are opening their home to let you see what was involved with having Solar water heating and solar PV panels to generate electricity fitted to their home.
Experts on hand too
Not only will Jane and Steve be happy to answer your questions, but the four people from company that fitted the systems for them, Suni Solutions, will be there to answer the technical questions as well.
“We’ve been thinking about solar power for a long time,” Jane told VB, “With fossil fuel going to run out and the prices going up, we thought we’d benefit from the free sunshine.”
