Worboyes: Feel very lucky to be able to make a difference on the Island
Former staff sergeant for the armed forces for 27 years, Danny Worboyes, now one of Football Fun Factory’s head coaches, said,

“I want to help as many local communities as possible fall in love with football and help them keep fit and active by having fun with their friends, while also helping the grassroots football teams improve their football grounds, kits and equipment.

“Football Fun Factory means everything to me. The organisation and other like-minded head coaches are so supportive and welcoming, it has made my transition from the army that much easier.

“I feel very lucky to be able to make a difference on the Island where I was born.”

Cutting: Inclusivity is at the foundation of our ethos
Football Fun Factory founder James Cutting said,

“We are delighted to be introducing Football Fun Factory to communities across the Isle of Wight. Children will now have the opportunity to start and continue their football journey in a fun, engaging environment with our weekly sessions.

“Inclusivity is at the foundation of our ethos at Football Fun Factory as we look to bring our sessions to as many kids of all ages, ability and gender throughout the United Kingdom.

“Football has so many personal, physical and mental benefits when it comes to a child’s development, and we are proud to be making a difference locally on the Isle of Wight.”

As the Football Fun Factory continues to grow locally, Danny will be looking for assistant coaches to join him meaning programmes will also be providing opportunities for other passionate and enthusiastic football coaches in the area.
