Nikki Flux Edmonds and Kezi in play park

Fundraising campaign in memory of six-year-old tragically murdered five years ago

The mother of a six-year-old girl, who tragically lost her life on the Isle of Wight after she was murdered by her father, has launched a fundraising campaign in her daughter’s memory.

Nikki Flux-Edmonds is hoping to raise £10,000 for Keziah’s favourite piece of play equipment to go into the Bumblebee Park in East Cowes.

She says,

“On 1st of June 2016 my beautiful little girl Keziah was murdered by her father while I worked. She was my entire world and we did everything together.

“I decided that if I was left here, I had to live for us both and so I ( with a team) raised enough money for a play park. Then set up a small charity group to bring smiles to local children.

“The 1st June 2022 marks her sixth year gone, so she will be dead as long as she lived.

“I want in memory of her to put her favourite piece of play equipment in the play park so other children can have fun and I can imagine her there.”

3,100 sit ups and 3,100 squats
Nikki goes on to explain,

“In return, I plan to do 3,100 sit ups and 3,100 squats between 1st and 31st October. It won’t be easy, but absolutely worth it to make her proud.

“Thank you in anticipation of your support and kindness. Every donation is a sprinkle of magic on my dream.”
