A fantastic £243 was raised for the Earl Mountbatten Hospice at St. Lawrence Parish Church last Thursday 9th August when talented young cellists performed as part of the Patronal festival accompanied by Sally Halsey.
The cellists, who were in the South Wight studying for the week with James Halsey, also played to a full house at St. Boniface Church on Saturday 11th and raised a further £155 for the Hospice and £155 for church funds and the Volante Trio concert at St. Catherine’s Church on 3rd August raised £50 for the Hospice.
