There was some great press for the Isle of Wight last weekend with an indepth article on the man behind The Garlic Farm.
Spearheading the project over 30 years ago, Colin Boswell told the Telegraph reporter that he was inspired to start producing garlic after the hot summers of ’75 and ’76, when his Mother enjoyed a bumper garlic crop.
He goes on to talk about how the business has expanded, trekking in Kazakhstan on a donkey in his quest to learn everything there is know about garlic and how best to grow your own.
Having spent time with Colin, we can vouch for his amazingly inspirational energy. It’s little wonder the Garlic Farm is such a success.
Why not take ten minutes to find out more by reading The Telegraph article.
