Today saw the constituents of Ventnor East go to the polls to vote for their choice of candidate for the Ventnor East vacancy.
Harry Rees, chair of the Ventnor Business Association and owner of Paddingtons on the High Street will be taking his seat on the Ventnor Town Council after receiving 269 votes.
Gillian Jenner was not far behind with 191 vote and Jason Mack attracted 42 votes.
One paper was spoiled in the 24.58% turnout.
