The team behind the weekly Headfunk Show on Vectis Radio, Tom and Jez, will be making their way to Somerset next week to perform at Glastonbury Festival.
Headfunk recently proved their worth (not that they needed to) at the Isle of Wight Festival, after curating the excellently-run Bohemian Woods tent.
Catch them at the Cornish Arms
If you’re going to Glastonbury next week, do drop into the Cornish Arms between Wednesday and Saturday to catch Headfunk’s sets.
They’ll be playing along with South London’s Lazy Technician and Vintage Fly Soundsystem and apparently some very special secret guests.
The Cornish Arms is run by Really Good Bar company, the team behind The Loft, Newport which is temporarily closed during festival season.
Representing the Island
Tom tells OnTheWight,
“We are are going to be diggin’ deep with vinyl sounds from jazz, funk, soul, breaks, hip hop, disco and reggae along with taking some Island tunes to play as well.”
