The skies may be blue, the clouds light and fluffy today, but the Met Office say with their that later in the week “heavy rain is expected to spread northeastwards across the UK during Friday.
They advise the public to be aware of the possibility of flooding and disruption to travel.
We’ll let you know on Friday morning whether the heavy rain results in any problems on the Isle of Wight.
