Help Mountbatten win The People’s Choice award by voting before 3 October

The Mountbatten Group, comprising Mountbatten Hampshire and Mountbatten Isle of Wight, needs your vote if we are to win The People’s Choice award at the National Charity Today Awards 2025.

Vote before 5pm 3rd October

The end-of-life charity delivers vital and compassionate care to thousands of people across the Island, Southampton and large parts of Hampshire, in homes, through the Frances Sheldon and John Cheverton centres, in hospitals and on its inpatient units.

Expert support
Expert hospice staff and trained volunteers are on hand, 24 hours per day, supporting people with life-limiting conditions and those who are dying, as well as their family and friends.

Bereavement support is available for anyone who needs it, even if a loved-one did not die in Mountbatten’s care.

Mountbatten currently has around twenty charity shops and warehouses operating across the two counties, alongside two lovely and bright cafes.

Mountbatten Isle of Wight and Mountbatten Hampshire are at the heart of their communities, changing lives and deaths.

An award ceremony takes place on 15th October and we would love your vote, in our bid to win The People’s Choice.

McGregor: Help us be in with a chance of winning
New Mountbatten CEO, Becky McGregor, said,

“Every day, Mountbatten’s amazing staff and volunteers go above and beyond to ensure people across the Island, Southampton and Hampshire live and die as well as possible.

“It would be incredible to be able to win this award, both in recognition of their incredible efforts and on behalf of the many thousands of people who have been cared for by our charities — as well as their family and friends.

“Help us be in with a chance of winning, by voting for The Mountbatten Group, before 5pm on Friday, 3rd October. Thank you!”
