Well done to Isle of Wight band, Hentai Babies – new wave daughters of cough syrup – who have today been confirmed on the line-up for Blissfields festival.
The two-piece band (featuring Paul and B) will be playing on Saturday 5th July at the ‘Hidden Hedge’. The festival, which takes place on a farm near Winchester has been running since 2001.
We’re told the theme this year is Walk on the Wild Side and that Hentai B’s “gonna go All-Out on this one”.
Bouncing off the sofa
Hentai B tells us,
“We have been bouncing off the sofa since being asked to play :)”
Hentais have big following in Japan, so we wonder whether any will make the journey across the globe to see them live (and the many other bands playing at the festival of course).
The Blissfields chosen charity is the Born Free Foundation.
