Yikes, we hear on IW Radio News that on one of the busiest days of the year, Hovertravel have been struck by technical gremlins.
Due to having to withdraw the Solent Express hovercraft, they’re having to run a shuttle service, which basically means that it’s not running to timetable.
The result is that there’s quite a bit of queuing going on at Southsea, but apparently engineers are working hard to get the out of action craft back on the water (or just above it).
As if that wasn’t enough, their Website is also unavailable at the moment.
Let’s hope it all gets sorted soon.
