From Sunday 1st November to Sunday 8th November, Hovertravel will be flying special remembrance flags at both their terminals.
Customers will be able to buy poppies and donate at Ryde and Southsea too.
Loretta Lale, Marketing & Commercial Manager at Hovertravel, explains,
“Remembrance Sunday is important date in the Hovertravel calendar. As well as our customers who are in or have been in the military, Hovertravel has also employed numerous ex-service personnel, so we have a very strong connection to this event.
“We support all UK armed forces with a 20% discount on our services on production of a valid ID card and this offer is available all year round, not just for remembrance day.”
