Hundreds of people have gathered outside County Hall to protest at the severe cuts to public services and jobs being taken by the Isle of Wight Council.
The mood amongst the crowd is “angry” and “frustrated” as staff and concerned Islanders show their dissatisfaction at the forthcoming cuts.
Many plan to attend the Cabinet meeting from 6pm (stay tuned to VB for live coverage), where a swath of budget cuts across all public services will be decided upon.
