You might remember back in December, we gave you details of a new youth theatre group being set up in Ventnor.
The Invent Theatre Company is the brainchild of writer and director of The Bench in the Park, Jack Whitewood.
The theatre company has been founded by young people, supported by business and community representatives, and aims to provide opportunities in all fields of their work.
They are seeking budding young actors, technicians, artists, photographers, writers, producers and more to work with them in producing one of the most exciting and inventive initiatives ever to take place on the Isle of Wight.
Sessions will take place on Sundays at Ventnor Middle School and will be split into two groups which start next Sunday.
Those who are in school years 9 to 13 (High School/FE) : 12 Week Term
13th January – 17th February (6 weeks)
Half Term ~ No Session
2nd March – 6th April (6weeks)
Cost: £33.00 for 12 week term or payable in two £17.00 installments due in the first week of January and March.
Those who are in school years 6-8 (Middle School):
3rd February -17th February (3 weeks)
Half Term ~ No Session
2nd March – 6th April (6 weeks)
Cost: £25.00 for 9 week term or payable in two £13.00 installments due in the first week of January and March.
