Elizabeth McGovern, one of the star’s of the hit TV series Downton Abbey is to make a special guest appearance with Scottish rockers Big Country at this year’s Isle of Wight Festival on Saturday 23rd June.
The singer/actress will join the band for their Main Stage performance just after her debut at the Festival with her own group Sadie & The Hotheads on The Garden Stage.
Returning to the Isle of Wight Festival for the second year running, Big Country are in the process of making their first studio album in 13 years with producers Steve Lillywhite & Youth at the helm.
