Spencer Road will be closed from 0930hrs until 1530hrs on Tuesday 23 February 2016 (weather and other circumstances permitting). The closure will be between Augusta Road and the end of the highway at Beach Grove and is for carriageway / drainage repair works outside 51 Spencer Road..
