Isle of Wight Symphony Orchestra’s final invitation to the dance

The Isle of Wight Symphony Orchestra will be concluding their present concert season on 13th July with a concert entitled “Invitation to the Dance”.

The concert will include a number of popular musical classics from the dance repertoire and will feature such well known pieces as “Dance of the Hours” (as made famous with the Elephant and Hippo waltz in Disney’s Fantasia), music from the ballet Coppelia and the Emperor Waltzes by Johann Strauss. The concert will also include Weber’s “Invitation to the Dance”.

The concert will be held at the Medina Theatre starting at 7.15pm and is very suitable for all the family.

With such a popular programme tickets are selling quickly so early booking is advised.
